AI does not put advisers, does not change ideology, does not create new alliances, does not interfere in the affairs of other countries, does not justify the purpose of war, does not discard atomic bombs and does not begin the revolution. The player creates the whole move in a single game.

The puppet system also has a huge jamb. Suppose you started for the puppet and decided to change through the civil war.
